1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisaBOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. VisaBOS is operated by Logicspark Technology.

2. Use of the Platform

VisaBOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to resell, sublicence, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@visabos.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in VisaBOS — including the software, design, and content — belong to Logicspark Technology. Your data remains yours; we do not claim ownership over data you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaBOS and Logicspark Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
