What does career counselling & psychometric tracking do?
Career counselling and a psychometric assessment ahead of course/university shortlisting is a widely offered service among Indian overseas-education consultancies, but the report and the counsellor's resulting recommendation often live nowhere near the student's actual CRM record. This module fixes that: it records which external assessment a student took, attaches or summarizes the resulting report, and logs the counsellor's stream or course-direction recommendation — all against the same student profile used across VisaBOS. It is a record-keeping and workflow layer, not a testing product: VisaBOS does not administer, host, or score any psychometric or aptitude assessment itself. Once a direction is set, that same profile flows directly into our university & course shortlisting software, which takes over the next, later stage of matching a student's profile against specific university and course options.
