Create a Mock Test Session for Your Batch (2 Minutes)
In the VisaBOS coaching module, open the batch for which you are scheduling the mock test. Click New Mock Test, select whether the session is a full-length IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, or a module-specific session, set the date and time, and assign an invigilator from your staff list. The session is added to the batch calendar and all enrolled students receive a notification in their portal. You can schedule multiple mock test sessions in advance for the whole term — one session for each scheduled mock date — so students always have visibility on upcoming assessments.
Enter Section-Wise Scores After the Test — Overall Band Calculated Automatically
After the test is completed and the Writing and Speaking sections have been graded, open the mock test session in VisaBOS and enter the band score for each section for each student. The system accepts scores on the 1–9 IELTS band scale in 0.5 increments.
